Take a 2-inch piece of ginger, wash and peel. Next, fine grate or blend the ginger into a fine paste, then squeeze out the juice using your hands or sieve.
Put the ginger juice and coconut oil in a bowl and mix well. If your coconut oil is in a solid-state, place the bowl in hot water until it turns into a liquid. Then add ginger juice and stir well.
How to use: Massage the mixture into your scalp and leave it on for an hour. You may feel a slight warming effect on your scalp, and that’s okay. Then wash as usual.
Repeat once or twice a week for best results.

Steep ginger, cinnamon and cardamom in 1 cup of hot water for 7 to 8 minutes. Strain the mixture. Once the mixture is warm (or drinkable) add honey to it and drink.

Ginger stimulates digestion and absorption of nutrients by encouraging gastric juice production. It is also a powerful cleansing drink that mobilises toxins and improves general health.
To make digestive tonic: Combine 1 teaspoon of thinly sliced ginger with one cup of water. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. Strain and drink.
3. Helps Relieve Joint or Backache
The anti-inflammatory action of ginger combined with its analgesic effects can be very helpful in rheumatism or arthritic pain.
