December 1st was the start of Vlogmas on Youtube. Every day from December 1st through Christmas, content creators participating post a video every single day. These videos can range from daily vlogs to tutorials to everything in between. I participated in this video marathon series by publishing a wide range of 2020 Vlogmas videos.

My videos included:

• Spiritual topics
• Hair styling
• Life motivation
• Hair tools
• Product reviews
• Apartment organization
• Amazon recommendations
• and even a little comedy skit

Participating in Vlogmas was fun but it’s a whole lot of work to create videos on a daily basis. Of course, I didn’t do all the recording in one day. I recorded multiple videos over a number of days and used the days in between to edit and schedule them.

As of today, I’m taking a break from blogging, publishing videos and interacting on social media for a bit. Two weeks to be exact! I just need that time to re-center myself and rest.
